About our IT maintenance work
We carried out preventive and corrective maintenance on the computer that runs the truck scale at the Transcarter warehouses. The inspection found a burst capacitor, which caused the burned area the user had reported. We removed the burned residue, ran operation tests and briefed the user on the computer's condition. It kept working without issues, but we recommended replacing it to protect the system and the data stored on its drive.
